These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pantas33 website located at pantas33.club (the "Platform"), including all games, wagering services, promotional offers, account management tools, and customer support services made available therein. The Platform is operated by pantas33 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you ("Member", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered member account through which you access and use the pantas33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Wallet" means a separate wallet in which promotional bonus funds are held, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the pantas33 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the pantas33 Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. pantas33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by adult players in jurisdictions where participation in online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registering or playing. pantas33 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Member.

2.3 Self-Exclusion. You are not eligible to register or maintain an account if you have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform or if you are subject to any regulatory exclusion order. If you have previously self-excluded from pantas33, you must not attempt to re-register without contacting support to formally end your exclusion period.

2.4 One Account Per Person. pantas33 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Opening or operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering for a pantas33 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pantas33 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately via the 24/7 live chat.

3.3 KYC Verification. pantas33 may request identity documents at any stage, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or in connection with any investigation. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.4 Account Termination. pantas33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to pass KYC verification. In the event of account closure for regulatory or responsible gaming reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after satisfactory verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pantas33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Deposit Terms. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. pantas33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. pantas33 targets withdrawal processing times of approximately three minutes for Touch 'n Go eWallet and other supported e-wallet providers. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. pantas33 does not guarantee specific processing times in all cases.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pantas33 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds that cannot be satisfactorily verified as legitimately sourced may be withheld pending investigation and, where required, reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by pantas33 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply: all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount; bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue; bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

5.2 Abuse and Manipulation. pantas33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any Member who is found to have abused or manipulated any promotion. This includes, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in any coordinated bonus abuse scheme.

5.3 Bonus Wallet Priority. Where a Member holds both a real-money Balance and a Bonus Wallet balance, wagers will be drawn from the applicable wallet as specified in the bonus terms. Withdrawal of real-money funds may be subject to forfeiture of associated active bonus funds.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Certified Providers. All games available on the pantas33 Platform are supplied by licensed game providers whose random number generators (RNG) have been independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. pantas33 does not modify game RTPs from their certified base configurations.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pantas33 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wager placed. Returns of bets during malfunctions do not constitute winnings and are not subject to wagering requirements.

6.3 Disputed Results. In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on a Member's device and those recorded on pantas33's servers, the server record shall be treated as definitive. Members may raise disputes via the live chat support team within 72 hours of the relevant event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pantas33 Platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or service on the Platform.
• Any attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate game software or the Platform's underlying systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to mask your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Opening, operating, or coordinating multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward pantas33 staff or other platform users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pantas33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and interface design — is the property of pantas33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from pantas33 is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The pantas33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pantas33 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pantas33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit pantas33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the pantas33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

pantas33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority standards and applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pantas33 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under any applicable local law.
